Red Bull reveals launch date for 2024 F1 car

Red Bull has joined Mercedes and Elevated in declaring its day for kickoff for the 2024 Equation 1 season on Monday, planning its show for 15 February.

Red Bull's news is the most recent of the dates groups have reported hitherto, occurring only six days before winter testing starts off in Bahrain.

It isn't yet known whether Red Bull will uncover its genuine RB20 vehicle for the 2024 season or whether it will adhere to showing its refreshed variety conspire on a show vehicle, as has been the situation in the past two seasons.

One way or the other, the RB20 will have a ton to satisfy after the phenomenal outcome of its ancestor, the RB19 which won everything except one of 2023's 22 grands prix and pushed Max Verstappen to an agreeable third big showdown.

When asked for what good reason he figures anybody can get Red Bull this year after its record-breaking effort, group manager Christian Horner said: "We saw that in 2020 with Mercedes. Assuming you recollect, that was their most predominant year ever but, we had the option to beat them in '21.

"There is an unobtrusive rule change yet I feel that nothing stops. We've seen contenders drawing nearer at various scenes and I'm certain ideas will unite.

"Stable guidelines generally concertina. I don't think we'll at any point have the option to rehash the season that we've had, yet ideally, we can take the examples from RB19 and apply them to [RB]20 and concoct a vehicle that we can shield these titles with."

Sergio Perez will stay on board in 2024 close by Verstappen, with the Mexican confronting a major year to attempt to get an agreement expansion at the Milton Keynes crew.

Prior on Monday, Mercedes and Elevated additionally reported their F1 2024 days for kickoff.

Mercedes is pulling back the draperies on its new W15 one day before Red Bull, on 14 February.

In the mean time, Renault's High image is holding its 2024 season send off, which will include the two its F1 and World Perseverance Title groups, on 7 February.

AlphaTauri, McLaren and Haas are the last groups yet to uncover their days for kickoff for the impending effort.
